Questions we hear from communications leads
Plain answers about positioning engagements, scope, handover and working with AdSwift Bloom in Singapore. Published 11 August 2026.
With a written note to [email protected] describing your organisation, audience and what you hope to clarify. We reply within two business days during studio hours. If there is a fit, we schedule a conversation — usually video or in person at North Bridge Road — to understand existing material and timing. A discovery workshop follows once scope and participants are agreed in writing. We do not begin stakeholder interviews or landscape review until the core team confirms the brief.
Existing brand guidelines, website copy, sales decks, campaign examples and any prior research. Incomplete material is fine — the discovery phase surfaces gaps. Please avoid sending confidential personal data unrelated to the brand brief.
We are based in Singapore and work with teams across APAC. Workshops and reviews run on video when travel is impractical. Editorial calendars and guidelines are written for regional use with nomenclature and glossary notes where markets diverge.
Scope, deliverables and review rounds are documented before production seasons begin. Changes are handled through written amendments so the in-house team always knows what is in bounds.
We walk through deliverables in a final review session, exchange files in agreed formats, and leave documentation that explains the editorial calendar and message hierarchy. The studio is available for clarification questions for a defined period stated in scope.
No. We provide brand and marketing communications craft — positioning, narrative and editorial systems. Published material on this site is general information, not advice for a particular situation, and no particular commercial result is promised.

Yes. Some teams engage for Discovery through Narrative only; others add Channel plan and Production when an in-house coordinator is ready. We document which seasons apply, what each delivers, and what your team must provide before work begins. Partial engagements still end with written handover — never an informal wrap-up.
A communications or marketing lead who can decide on language, a product or commercial representative who understands audience truth, and — for Season 01 — stakeholders who hold different views of the brand. Founders join when the organisation is small; enterprise teams often include regional marketing representatives for APAC nuance. We publish a participant list before workshops so time is used well.
The studio answers questions in plain language — before and during an engagement.
